Just the inclusion of a swear word where they are not needed to provide humour/improvement to a song.

Actually, the line that I replaced didn't rhyme with with the previous one. Now can you come up with a word that comes anywhere near hat that would express Mathers' buggeredness had he not signed for us?

It rhymes with the whole thing. The emphasis instead however is on the 'he' in the two lines, which gives it a nice change. Three infact so following the conventions of songs it's extra points.

Also your line is longer with more syllables.

However one thing i will credit you. You might get an greater average decibel level as the drunks in the South Stand will pick up and sing the extra swear word.

Now go back to mine and try saying Itwas, put them a bit closer together and it fits in quite nicely.

Why the sudden looking down your nose at people by the way (just out of interest)?
