I find this disappointing as i am in the camp of supporting the British team all the way. Even though i hate Saints there is no way i could support an Aussie team. Not to mention a British team getting trashed would not do the game over here any good whatsoever.
Have been a Penrith season ticket holder for the past 23 years but having spent my first 26 years living in England where I was weaned on RL I have always supported any UK team playing here. So I will be in the St Helens corner this Saturday.
I have attended all 4 of the previous WCC matches played in Aus including the 1976 match when St Helens lost to Eastern Suburbs.
