Boy born today in Samoa. His parents (Samoan) move to the UK next month. They move to Orford. He goes to Beamont (infants, juniors and high school). Joins Rylands RL team. Joins the scholarship. Wire sign him up for the academy. Gets into the reserves. Then Super League squad. England coach calls him up for the national squad.

Boy born today in Orford. His parents (British) move to Australia next month. He goes to school in Sydney. Joins local amateur RL team. Joins the scholarship. Roosters sign him up for the academy. Gets into the reserves. Then NRL squad. England coach calls him up for the national squad.
Which one is most eligible for England?
