That's already out of date. The revised planning application for the road scheme takes a very different route on the stadium side of the motorway.

Someone is very busy building an empire for themselves in the area. Shame for Peel that they now have a financially challenged tenant located right in the middle of it. Ohh hang on a minute if MEN reports are true the empire will soon include a rugby league club.
