i thought Goulding had a very good game yesterday man of the match by a country mile, also ratchford had a good game these 2 did nothing wrong all game.

why did mcrea leave smith on for 5 mins when he could hardly run its stupid he should ahve got taken off stright away and why put turner there when we had ratchford on the pitch, turner played good there but that is ratchford position.

It's also Jordans. Plus Stef was doing a good secure job on the wing.

I think the only thing that beat us was hull pack they were big and too stong and we couldnt gain any ground and couldnt burst any tackles.

First post although I have read this forum for a long time.

Yeah I would agree with that. I would really like to see Goulding in the centre at the expense of Littler. On at least one occasion last week and again yesterday Goulding woud have had a walk in try if Littler had just passed the ball. Littler just doesnt pass and the less said about his attempted tackle on Yeaman for the disallowed try the better.

Littler is still being sponsored by Araldite. Unless he learns - even at his late stage of career - how to swivel and pass to his winger - he is NOT worth his place in the 17. Far too many tries have also gone through his channel this season and he is not up to it at this level. Sure a great servant but we have to move on. Goulding in the centre is a start.

I think Littler actually had him - it was Phil Leululai who actually knocked Littler off the man - just as well it was disallowed!!!!!

Would just like to say, "Littler had a good couple seasons about three or four years ago. On the other hand a great/loyal servant he might have been, but he's had his day and when Talau comes back he definitely needs to go!!!" Wouldn't even say he is our fourth best centre anymore.

P.s. Not seen Goulding play for us yet as I am currently In New Zealand and have become e temporary fan of the warriors. We should have signed Stacey Jones in the close season, he's still doing the business for the warriors.

I've always thought Goudling may settle into the wing position because of that reason. He tend to be quite a gready player but is a very good finisher and reminds me alot of another Wigan youngster thats make that positional move in Martin Aspinwall(but i rate Goudling higher).

Glad to see him have a good game on Saturday and would imagine he'll defo stay on at Salford for at least another month or 2.
