SALFORD football director Steve Simms has hit back at criticism from fans over the club's overseas signings.
Australians Ray Cashmere, Luke Swain and Mark Henry along with New Zealander Jeremy Smith have come under fire but Simms insists they will come good. "Good players simply don't wake up in the morning and become bad ones," he said. Not me, I cant understand how someone like Simms, has earned a crust for as long as I can remember in the UK, when talented coaches like Sean Edwards, Ellery Hanley and co cant get a gig in either coaching or player recruitment. |
