And how prophetic of us at half-time saying "Imagine if Myler's interception try was in the 79th minute to win the game?" - ok it wasn't a Myler interception at the end but we can't have everything can we?

Ah well, just a few things to tie up (i.e. leave for my cover!) and then it's off to Lloret the morrow!

PS - and on the Warrington game, I know why the stewards don't want us standing at the back of The Shed - it's so the stewards that are up there can goon themselves if we win.

Still in a state of shock at the moment......... im not ashamed to say i cryed into my evening news in the cafe this morning, a dream?.

Ill say more when i stop shakin and can string a sentance together that is worthy of such a performance.

Well......unbelievable performance, that was THE greatest performance i have ever seen by the red shirts bar non.
Pride, Passion, commitment to the cause, belief, confidence not just beating leeds @ leeds but beating them and us actually winning it for ourselves rather than leeds thrownin it away was pure joy.

The Headingley hoodoo imo has been smashed to pieces and washed away as well as the semi defeat, if we can go to leeds in virtually perfect conditions and slay them like we did the world is now at our feet, there is no fear now.
I want to thank everyone of the players and the coaching staff for yesterday, the players just kept coming forward making fantastic yards and knocking leeds down when in defence, the coaching staff made the correct decitions regarding team selection and tactics thoughout the game percentage rugby league at that bit of magic when it mattered gave us the change that day. it was fantastic to see how many time leeds tried to crashball our defence out wide only to run into brick wall of red and white, belief and big hearts and a touch of utter class in the right areas will get you a long long way in sport.

Success is a journey not a destination thou and i now feel we're at a crossroads where this team could go, its upto the players and the coaching staff now do you want to be remembered as the team who beat leeds away once and made a lot of grown men, women and children cry tears of joy behind the posts or do you want to remembered as as a group of players and coaching staff that took Salford City Reds to the next level creating lots of opportunities for tears of joy in the future.
