Sorry for being a bit thick , but who are the chuckle brothers ?

Foran and Mauro were both at the stadium an hour before the rest of the players this morning doing extra training with Andy Haye.



Maybe the club haven't entirely given up on them. Wouldn't be surprised if they are given another runout or too before the end of the season in a last attempt to impress.

Their fitness is certainly a concern but the harsh facts are that the pair of them (particularly Foran) are not good enough to play at this level.



I know people will point to Mauro's grand final appearance as evidence to the contrary and he has shown glimpses of innate ability, but personally I'd be reluctant to give either player any further game time and would be looking to offload both as cheaply and quickly as possible.



If these players are, as reported, on three year deals, whoever is responsible for sanctioning these contracts should never be trusted to deal with such matters again IMO.

I think the people responsible have already gone !

Bit of a grey area that one. They were definitely Simms/Veivers targets but it was the new regime who signed off the deals.
