| Which do you listen to? Which is the best?
I made the mistake of listening to Forty20 the other day. 2 hours of big fat Gary Schofield producing some extraordinary rants. (He did however promise to retire from the media if Halifax beat Saints next week- Come on Fax!)

| I often listen to "Bloke in a bar" or The Locker Room which is hosted by Ex NRL player Denan Kemp.
I also like The Ice Project by Isaac John.

| 'Forty 20' is good imo 2 leeds fans a wakey and an ex bulls supporter run the show. Phil caplan is the voice of reason on many subjects but will also defend anything leeds do to the hilt, schofield does have his rants but also has been proven to actually know what hes talking about when it comes to halfbacks. 'by the balls' is mainly RL with other sports thrown in by journos john Davidson and Ross Heppenstall. The BBC RL podcast is also enjoyable and from really disliking jon Wilkin i actually look forward to his take on events. 'The full 80 minutes' is ok but run by the game caller who is anti SL and a one eyed Bulls fan and 'show me the money' craig Harrison a RL agent. Its certainly a different take on RL compared to the others

| The full 80 minutes is awful, badly put together and the sound quality is poor. I attempted to listen to this purely due to a particular guest they had on- I could barely hear what was being said by the guest.
Forty20 would be ok if it wasn’t for Garry schofield who has not moved on with the game and is obvious in his grudges towards certain clubs or individuals. I grudgingly agree that Wilkin comes across well on the five live one- it’s very well put together.

I guess Schoey is marmite but personally i think he adds a fair bit to the show, can take a joke at his expense and not frightened to give honest opinions.some of what he says is garbage of course but some is on the money and he doesn't hold back which works well in contrast when you have Caplan who is clearly very knowledgeable on the game but also very Rugby League PC and Leeds in particular.
Agreed on Wilkin, very good pundit and i don't mind Woods either.

| Forty20 is good. Mark Wilson & Phil Caplan are really good value when debating. You take Schoey as he is.
Richard Shaw-Wright is ok too, however the last few months he's derailed the show a bit with seemingly going through social media/fan groups to find ridiculous fan comments to justify spending a chunk of the show bashing/ranting about that club. I don't really care what Mick Gledhill tweeted for you to rant about Bradford or Dave on Cas Tigers forum is ranting about. Don't moan about people like Gledhill with his "agenda" then do the same.
But it's a good podcast overall. Just need to nip the pettiness of bashing clubs that he doesn't like. He massively bigs up the women's game though and again is good value when debating propely.
I've never listened to the fullyeighty due to Mick Gledhill being involved on it. Would probably find myself cringing the whole way through.
