Just wondering if anyone knew anymore than just "paid suspension" at this point?

While I dont rate him as the best player ever is was easy to see how missed he was tonight and surely the club and coach will be getting stick for not playing him and losing points because of it, especially given their poor season upto now.

I read some rumours about him drinking the day before a match or something, anyone got any light to shine on the matter?

Apart from the obvious annoyance that you know something juicy you can't tell us, presumably by that logic, you can't mention anything here anyway, true or not!

I don't think so. If the player has been suspended whilst under investigation by his club, they can't just allow him to play this game 'cause they want a result. It would make a mockery of their entire discipline system.

Rangi Chase would have brought a lot to Cas' attack if he had played but I don't think he would have made much difference to their often dire defence.

the rumour i heard was the club chairman went to a nightclub with some family and bumped into rangi chase who had had a bit too much of the sauce. I dont know if there is any truth to it though.

He deserves to be banned for being in a club where the chairman goes.Then again it is Castleford. What was it the Fri night mining club bop.
