They only had a 1/3rd of their starting team playing (which was very disappointing considering the amount of money we paid to watch the game!)

Pretty good, but unfortunately, it's looking like the chance of retirement is even greater. He is probably my favourite fullback of all-time.

Roosters are getting a slating here as:

A) they cancelled a kids training morning with the Fremantle jnrs
B) Fittler never turned up for a breakfast event (last seen on the golf course!)
C) they played a very weak squad
D) Fittler didn't turn up for post game media conference
E) Players seen out in the bars during the week

Can't see them getting an invite back anytime soon!

In contrast St George were brilliant and went out of their way to support the growth of the game in perth.
