The PI is the last real planning issue to be resolved - if it gets the nod, the developer will still have to submit a detailed application, but that's widely perceived as a formality.
There's some uncertainty about when the stadium itself will be ready - pragmatic fans are suggesting the start of the 2015 season, but the Trust with responsibility for delivering it appear to be suggesting it could be sooner than that.

Cas already have planning permission, Wakefield getting the nod will probably speed RW/Opus up if anything. |

As Gronk has said, they're totally unconnected in planning terms and one has no bearing on the other.
That's not to say we won't be sharing a stadium at some point in the future but if we are, it won't be for planning reasons. |

Its only outline planning permission, but full planning should be a formality. Just a case of specifying exactly what will be built. |

Depends what conditions are imposed on them from the Planning Inspectorate. That may delay things further. |
