There's 3 and half hours between, so it shouldn't be a great difficulty - I'll be doing it by public transport. I bought tickets for the game at St Helens first, then waited until kick off times were known before getting the Huddersfield ticket.
There's obviously going to be some people who are willing to do this, but the majority won't. It's poor planning really and considering it's the only fixture that the ground has, I'm sure saints are pretty disappointed.

plenty of industrial park/street parking off Peasley Cross Road (i.e. the other side of the stadium from the town centre).
RE : Auz crowds - I would have thought that the majority Auzzies coming over for the WC will be arriving for the Semi and Final - 5 weeks is a long time and who would come over just for the group games ????
