looking at the group games the really attractive one seems to be tonga v italy, this should also sell out, especially given halifaxs proximity to large amounts of the rl catchment area and a sunday afternoon

because they put a good bid together, and Cook Islands-USA wasn't going to break any crowd records anywhere, so we may as well give them a chance to spread the game to a new area.

the Fiji v Ireland attendance lastnight has to be the most impressive so far lastnight, with it being at Rochdale and all.. just think to the last world cup in this country what the crowd would of been for this game

The attendances so far have been cracking.

We'll probably have a lowish one at Bristol tomorrow, but I don't think we should beat ourselves up about that too much.

Any news on how well tonights game has sold?

Over 8,000 sold for the QF at Wigan so far. Not great but not bad either.

yes the Bristil one will be a hard sell..but so far so good

tonights at workington will be a good one too, sure ive read 6k tickets already sold for this one

Was there supposed to be a new stadium in Cumbria for these games. Derwent park doesn't look up to scratch IMO

Fair enough. Was wondering whether there was a big American or Cook Island population there like the Fiji game.

Hopefully they won't let us down and have been to all the schools/sports groups in the area.
