They are getting a new title sequence.
Sky's coverage is well past needing a over haul. Fresh ideas needed. I think the top guy in production is still there having been there at the start twenty years ago. Same with Eddie & Stevo. All very tired in my view.
The biggest thing that highlights how tired the coverage is Boots 'n' All. Terrible, terrible programme.
A start would be seperating the studio from the commentary box. They have so many pundits these days it's unnecessary for Eddie to commentate and present and summarisers to do studio and commentary as well. Especially when they pack about 5 commentators in. We've already heard their opinions when they get into the studio!'"
Fully agree, if we must have Eddie and Stevo please keep them apart, neither can analyse a game. As an example, in the Bradford v Cas game this year Cas named Steve Snitch at stand off on the team sheet. Snitch played the whole game in the forwards with McGoldrick and Westerman alternating at pivot. Eddie & Stevo failed to notice this all game and then proceeded to ask Matterson how he thought Snitch had played at stand off!
