The latest news about the chance of the Pinewood Studios making a film out of my first novel is that there is still no news. No news might be good news though since it can often take two or even three years for such a decision to be made.
Meanwhile on Saturday (March 14th) from 11 onwards I will be in Waterstones signing copies of both 'One Winter' and my latest novel 'One Autumn'. Either might well make a nice present for Mothers' Day(March 22nd) particularly if she likes to be reminded what it was like living in the north in the Swinging Sixties.
