Aye, and Eddie is hinting at it too. And, as we all know:

Bigger, fatter - the Big Fat Mac Thread mk. II : Fri Feb 27, 2009 11:27 pm
Usual drill - all posts here, no moaning about how people should 'give it a rest', no one's forcing you to read it. - af

Sad to say that defeat now does not even hurt me any more. It is a kind of expectation these days I am afraid. As much as I always want to see Bradford win, I am afraid that, under the current "coach", we just cannot expect any wins anymore.

Bradford losses used to ruin my weekend but now they just seem to be taken with a pinch of salt.

How can this be defended?

Disapointing as it may be, Bradford need rid of Macca.

It just hasn't worked and needs sorting now before we miss out on playoffs!!!

Well I've argued on his side but to lose to a team that bad really I can't stick up for him any more.

When i realised we'd signed no one of any class in the backs and still had Mcnarama in charge this season i knew chances are it would be a poor one.

Heard same s**t excuses for past season and a half at least.

Scruton most feel happy about the move he's made.

Done. 25/01/17.

I'm joining the crusade. It's time for McNamara to go. The competition has changed and the biffing forwards tactic is dead (see Noble and Lowes for further details).

It's a fast play of the ball, creativity with ball in hand and mobility that's winning through. With the paucity of talent in the backs we are never going to compete. This was the one area we needed to address in the off season...McNamara failed to do that. McNamara out.

I'm afraid that it's a downhill curve. At the moment we will struggle to make the eight. Are the board happy with that?

The most worrying aspect is that even if he was to go, whoever comes in has a hell of a job to do because it's obvious the backline talent just isn't there.

The golden era is a distant memory. We have to get used to the fact that we are no longer 'big four'. We're mid-table mediocrity. It's time to act. McNamara out.

Exactly. All these people calling for Macnamara's head don't seem to have any ideas about who could replace him.
So come on, lets hear them. Im not aware of a queue of quality coaches beating a path to the door.

When a coach loses the dressing room, anyone who comes in will make a difference as the players get revitalised.......
