Im expecting an announcement regarding a sale in the next 24 hours, then plans for the club and returning to Odsal at the forum. Also assurances regarding the academy, competitive squad, living within our means, support from the loyal fans, an announcement that Special measures is finished and a plea to support your club. You know, all the usual stuff...

"Any other"? Forgive me for laughing. You infer that you have answered a host of other questions, but ask if by chance ther are any more! When you have not answered anything, you seem to be posting for no reason whatsoever that I can discern , except perhaps to upset fans players and anyone connected with the club alike. Nobody has learned a single thing from you, and I doubt ever will.

I enjoyed your post FA. Especially this part.

They have answered nothing indeed. The only real question been levelled at them is "who the hell are you?", and we're all familiar with the "response" to that one.

I'm not sure you'll find definite evidence (although I don't doubt that Nestegg will claim to have some that he cannot, of course, share with us mere mortals...)

This has been doing the rounds as a rumour for many, many years - going right back to the Hood / Lease fiasco. Apparently Wood has been spotted in the Executive boxes at Odsal many times - not sure if that's even relevant. But it comes up every time we hit trouble.

Only this weekend he was given every opportunity to deny his involvement (see League Express) but declined to do so.

In short, I know nothing... but I'm willing to make something up to make myself feel important like a certain other poster on this thread

Even if it is true and the fellow fatster is pulli g the strings, what does he stand to gain from all of this?

Surely if he had good intentions for the club then administration after administration due to cherry picking the best candidate wouldn't have been on the agenda?

Hope I won’t get in trouble for admitting this.... I pinched a very small bit of turf from Odsal on the last day.

Despite my best efforts, it’s ended up dying. Although not quite the same slow, painful death, it does seem a suitable metaphor for our once great club.

It sounds like the players won’t be paid if any new owner doesn’t have cash to put in straight away.

If we survive, why would any player want to stay, let alone sign for us?

Anybody know what the old poster under the name ‘frank whitcombe’ is doing these days? He always knew exactly what was happening and was 100% about the purchase of the club by a wealthy consortium before that proved to be false and AC took centre stage....:

It’s all a very strange situation this time round. I’ve been a season ticket holder for as along as I can remember. Home and away with friends and family. Bought merchandise and attended events. Really enjoyed my hobby and even when I moved away I travelled the just short of 100 miles to home games and continued to travel to away games.

BUT I saw the statement earlier, scanned over it and thought ‘meh whatever’. Que sera sera... dangerous but very common feeling at the moment.
