JT i love seeing Leeds lose and as i won my bet at work makes it even better but Leeds will be there or thereabouts at the end of the season so not too interested about there league position.
absolutely right mate, but how much sweeter will it be when we beat them in the grand final?...ok, i had better take my anti-delusion pills before i completely loose control!!
What a brilliant, brilliant performance. From 1 to 17, I haven't seen a complete 80 minute performance from the Bulls quite like that in a long, long time. I think Scruton's enormous hit early on summed up the entire match perfectly - they just couldn't handle us at all. Whitehead was simply immense, completely faultless in defence, making good yard with his drives, and running some brilliant lines that saw him make 2 clear breaks. He also sold Briscoe one of the best dummies I've seen this year. Well worth his MOTM award.
Every one of them really stepped up today, we scored some brilliant tries and they just had no answer to it.
Also need to mention Nero's incredible volley when Lynch was put under pressure and chipped the ball over to him. I've never seen that happen before and probably never will!
Really hope we can build on this now and really put it to Crusaders up in Scotland.
An excellent performance from 1-17 but particularly the pack who absolutely bossed them. Is there a better front row out there currently playing better than Scruton, Le Strange and Lynch or for that matter a better young second row than Whitehead and Donaldson? That Menzies bloke is ok too!
Before any HKR fans point it out though, I thought that Childs had a poor game and that we were the beneficiaries of some wrong decisions. That said, HKR didn't help themselves with their discipline around the PTB and it was nice to be stood with some opposition fans who acknowledged this and were even gloomier than half the Bulls fans have been in the last few years.
Can only echo comments from others. Best 80 min performance in a long time.
Orford ran it ( Great signing ). Kearney has that touch of class at fullback. Forwards dominated. Great defence.
Scruton's hit on Clinton was an absolute monster worth the admission price.
I thought crowd give Worrincy too much stick though. I mean some of them wanted him to be involved in every tackle, getting involved in tackles he shouldn't. I mean his main problem has been being sucked in by opposition players and flying out of the line. Today he stuck to his job especially in defence.
Hull KR never really showed up and were just well beaten. Suprised at how little they offered really, but only had dobson in a creative role it seemed. I said straight away it was a red card. It wasn't the worst i've seen, but he didn't get stepped or anything. Just a bad high shot.

thanks Guys, the only person I'm pleased for is Robbie Paul, i bet he's really 'made up' with this fixture. I went to Wakefield last season in the challenge cup on a friday night, and we lost 54-0 !!!! Bradford have provided the most enjoyable moment for me on SKY this year, that LATE win against Wigan !!
p.s. Who is favourite/who would you fans like (apart from brian noble) to replace Steve McNamara next season. Not seen any 'speculation' as to who it might be. Now you are 'back on track' this season, this is one BIG decision.
Very very pleased today. 1-17 can hold their heads high - they deserve it.
Pretty sure the high shot was on Donaldson not Whitehead, could tell due Donaldson wearing deacs old scrum cap! TBF to donaldson he jumped straight back up and I didnt think it would be a red, my first impression was that it was a tired and lazy arm whilst he was being stepped by Donaldson. I'll have to see it again to see what the ref saw.
The ref wasn't great today, but most of Hull KR's problems were self inflicted I reckon, poor disipline and poor control of the ball = many penalties.
And I definatly agree with your last sentance. Oh and McNamara or the "highly rated" (tm) Justin Morgan? No contest today.
