Little pamela was a gentle and trusting soul that had been a Bulls fan almost from birth. She had become somewhat confused by the mathmetical posibilities for her idolised team to be included in the play-offs in 2009.
So she asked her husky and incredibly handsome husband, whom she loved and adored, for his opinion and guidance.
He said that after having "deep thought", and checking all the bookies odds it was still in the lap of the gods
So little pamela e:mailed the gods for their pronouncement - gods@ heavon.com.
She received a reply 20 seconds before she sent the message, which is a really cool god-thing trick.
"I made the world in 7 days - If the Bulls can make the play offs I'll take my hat off to them"
"Ooo" replied little pamela "Can I have your hat then?"
Oh the power of belief!

OK, I'll admit I am a little excited. However it's not quite 2005 standards when I was doing the jaws theme to the Rhinos fan at work about 6 weeks BEFORE the play-offs started!

Hmm I'm trying not to get carried away, just remember how our season was going before this run of 3 victories. We have blown plenty of games we 'should' of won so I'll be saving my giddyness until we're actually in the 8. Oh and we still need Harlequins and Catalans to lose another match each yet.. it's been a funny old season and I wouldn't assume anything! I may get a little more giddy if things go our way today though.. |
