I wonder how much it is down to the strength and conditioning team and how much its down to ill-discipline from the individual.
The S&C will only get a couple of hours on a Tuesday and a couple on a Thursday. If the players are then going out sinking 10 pints and KFC family bucket after a game, it's pointless what they do in training.
As, said the new coach needs to come on and get a grip of it and make sure they are doing the right things when not at training etc.
