I think we always have been tbh. There have been previous statements to the like before this, but ultimately if there is nobody willing to take on the club, then how does Big Nige vacate the scene?
Personally I am still pinning my hopes to the new stadium being the solution to many of our problems. If it gets the green light to go ahead then I can see the club being sold very quickly as having a modern home that pays for itself makes for a much better investment.
That said, ironically I can see it being the very fans who shout and scream about getting Wood out of the club that could lead to the project failing. The government will have to weigh up its options and when the lead tenant has a supporter based as volatile as ours seems to be at the moment, then is that an attractive investment?
