Lets not go overboard, neither did anything special. 'Solid' is the word I'd use to describe them both, Walker if anything looks like he might have that destructive element to his game that we've missed for so long. By that I mean the aggression to knock the opposition off their game, make them go after him, open up space for others and make the penalties rain in. Having said that, as pointed out, it was against quality opposition.
I think the pack will be fine. It's 6,7 and 9 that worry me now. We've no depth in the halves and I'm not convinced by Theo Fages, first ten games of next season is make or break for him I feel. Smith will be Smith, so we'll need all that creativity and class to come from Theo, which is a lot of pressure for a youngster.
