According to medical reports Lomax may be out for a further year. I hope this is not going to be a premature end of what could have been a brilliant career.

It can't be another season, we'd have cashed in his insurance by now if he was out for 2 yrs

I don't understand this. Where has the suggestion come from? If he's out another year, that suggests a major injury, yet he's able to clear the snow from around the ground yesterday?

The announcement situation with Lomax last week was more or less the same statement that was given last year. Unfortunately we always seem to have one player who is almost permanently injured, Lomax doesn't deserve it with all the effort, loyalty and commitment towards the club he must be a very frustrated young man.

Tremendous news. It's noteworthy that KC says he's way ahead of where he was the last time he came back. It'll be interesting to see if and how that manifests itself, as he seemed to be lacking in mobility before his injury recurrence last year. Hopefully we'll see a quicker, more agile Lomax this time around. First things first, though: seeing him out on the pitch will be a good enough start.
