The lad hasn't played super league for god knows how long! He looked ok to me.

I think Gaskell is only 10 games short of catching up on Wheelers total appearances. An on form Wheeler is very dangerous player which at the moment is just a couple of times a season, we can only hope he,s used up all his injury allocation.

I'm a big fan of wheelers and he is only let down by his (frequent) injury problems.

Quite surprised by that, Gaskell seems to have played more regularly than wheeler, maybe its just recent appearances over the last couple of seasons. Here's hoping wheeler has finally turned the corner. Lets not forget that Lomax was jinxed with injuries too. And now appears fairly robust, so it can happen.
