can we just put up a white flag, how many more bloody injuries.
If we had a bigger squad it wouldn't be a problem. We've got 4 or 5 injuries, but Wigan, Leeds and Warrington have just as many, if not more and it doesn't bother them.

I agree with the posts made here, we seem to have very little 'strength in depth'. If it is true that we are spending to the cap we must have some very inflated pay cheques for some players. We have a lot of young players in our squad who won't be expensive to pay. The likes of Warrington and Wigan have as many, if not more injuries than us and can still field a very strong team. Leeds have more injuries than us and although their front row is decimated at the minute they can still field a fairly strong pack. I hope there are numerous signings to be coming in next season along with the stadium, or we're well and truly screwed for a few years. The youngsters we're bringing through, many are just not up to Saints' past standard.

Looks quite a good team to me. Might have a few quid on it with betfair!
In fact I just have at a very generous 7/5. I also had an even more generous bet on Quins against dire at 9/2.
