Excellent discipline from Saints yesterday, certainly aided the comeback, especially when coupled to the Wigoon indicipline. Top work from Rolls and the coaching staff, as well as the players efforts to stick with it when the going got tough. Hopefully we can keep it up.

Well said.

It was brilliant. I did wonder if it was a bit naive at times, rushing to get off the grounded man and being all-round gentlemen like they were, but it worked. Wigan's indiscipline in the second half cost them the game.

Amazing really considering the amount of penalties refs were giving in the other games including the huddersfield friendly last week , the fitness of the team looks a lot better , especially the likes of wilkin who appear to have toned up abit, i doubt we will lose two many games if we only concede 2 penalties every week, but thats just wishful thinking

Yes it was a great disciplined display,i just hope that the refs meet up and get some consistency going so we are not left at the mercy of individual interpritaions of the rules that vary from ref to ref

Yes we truly are 'Saints'. Even 'dirty' Jon Wilkin has undergone a poacher to gamekeeper conversion, as shown by his admirable desire to expose foul play by the Evil Empire.

I wouldn't hold out too much hope, I very much doubt it will last long. The refs seemed to have already eased off a tad by the second day, probably after they got there heads together for a chat! You see them clamping down on things at the start of every season, only for them to turn a blind eye after a couple of rounds.

Yes, but apparently this is to be frowned upon and "just not rugby league".

It seems he should have sucked up the chicken wing and asked for a baked bean side order.
