The last ever derby victory at Knowsley road still belongs to Wigan,coupled with the last ever derby game at Central Park. It was obvious you would have chosen Hudds but you really did have the chance to "right the wrongs" maybe the clubcall should have gone to the whole town.........too late though now

Saints aim is to win the GF by the easiest way possible, and that is playing the lowest placed team in the league ie Giants. Saints aren't here to make next weekend an occasion, they are here to win trophies, full stop......

Hypothetically speaking, if Wigan had finished below Hudds would you have picked Wigan or still gone for Hudds?

Saints made correct choice without a shadow of a doubt. Who cares about beating wigan in the last ever game at KR?

All saints have done is give them a better chance of getting to old trafford. We've picked hudds who have just had to very close and hard working games and sent wigan to leeds to knock crap out of each other.

Saints have been consistent. Said all along we would pick the lowest ranking team and we have.

Saints will get plenty of other chances to win grand finals but they will never get the chance to beat Wigan at KR ever again and thats what people will remember the most end of!

If Wigan had finished below Hudds in the league, then that would have made them the lowest placed team and worst team in the play offs. So yes, i would off picked them.

As I said, you want to get to the final by the easiest way possible.
