I think it means that Quins can either win the match or lose by upto 16 points and it will still be counted as a win if you bet on that particular coupon.

So if you put a bet on Quins to win with a +16 handicap, Saints need to win by 16 or more for you to lose the bet.

He's not been picked because he's been given an extra week to recover from his injury, possibly playing in the u20's.

Wheeler is not yet at SL level fitness, even though he is able to play for the u20's. If Wheeler gets through this week unscaved he will be back in the starting 17 next week.

If you read my original post I stated Wheeler was OUT, which he is. Just because he can play u20's, doesn't mean he's ready for the first team. It has nothing to do with ability.
