How do you fancy your chances? Most experts are writing Saints off, I am not sure they have got it right.

Used to like John Kear, but his biased commentary is spoiling watching the match on BBC. The fella is Cas born and bred for god's sake.

The new coaches job is to keep us away from the middle 8s and failing that relegation.

As things stand i think middle 8s are pretty much looking certain.

This is a side whose ability has been coached out of them, and who are low on confidence.

Hardly biased really. He can only say Cas are excellent Saints are very poor.

Ish Gods, Saints aren't giving themselves a chance

The only thing that's going to entertain me is if we cut the game and go to a Long vs Orr wild starey eye play off, at least that'll be close

For me, he needs to clear out the so called senior experienced players who are just not good enough. The likes of smith, Douglas, Wilkin, LMS would be the first out the door for me.

Yes we have others that ain't good enough like Lee, Thompson, Richards, Knowles etc but those so called senior players are not showing any leadership at all.

The only final we will plsy in is the million pound game.

Saints have the players, they just don't have the game.
Generally they have a decent squad, whether the new coach can turn this lot round, I dunno.

Fans seem to be saying they're all tainted with the same brush and only a wholesale clear out will sweep the floor clean, but as a neutral the team appears littered with excellent players, they're just not at the races game time.
