The trolls are out in force tonight, aren't they? I'm not going to even get in to the debate over Ben Flower vs Garbutt because you are completely oblivious if you think the 2 incidents were even remotely similar. Jog on.

Was Galloway expecting to receive a girlish slap from the Cowboys player?

Well considering Galloway had been strangling Tamou on the ground, he probably was expecting at least a slap... I doubt Tamou was expecting to receive a haymaker from a player who had nothing to do with the incident, and who he wasn't even looking at.

Garbutt should get a hefty ban, but probably won't because the incident won't receive the media scrutiny of the Flower one.

Why treat someone who throws a punch, hurts a player and leaves his team mates down to 12 men like a hero?

Disgusting. He should be ashamed. The damage one punch can cause is extremely worrying. Leeds fans out of order tonight. Children watching.

Not excusing him at all but there is a slight difference between doing it in first few minutes of a game at 0-0 and doing it in the last 10 minutes when the game is well gone.

Most people didn't have a problem with Flowers first punch (sin binning would be right) second one is like nothing else we've seen on a pitch in recent times.

Garbutt was stupid & will now miss some games for Leeds which could be vital. Applauding him off was only to be expected from some of the fools who follow RL & Leeds.
No one should be excusing his actions.
