This Walters stuff is getting old already. He's a young player with some promise, and his size gives him a chance of being something, but he's nowhere yet. I think he's making a mistake if he wants to be a second row, but I've been wrong before. Anyway, best of luck to him but he's not a Leeds player now and I frankly don't care why, or how he goes except against us.
From the perspective of a Wigan fan, I'm still not overly convinced by Walters. Don't get me wrong - I think its a good decision by Wigan to sign him as the potential is clearly there and he could go on to be great. I would say its a downgrade on KPP but its probably as good of a signing as we could have hoped for. My concern is his consistency and whether he turns out to be a player who only turns up to play when he feels like it. He seems a little laid back at times and maybe drifts in and out of certain games.
