No he indicated support for a very easily disproved conspiracy theory about the consequences of vaccines. He comes across as a moron.

And the phrase "a lot of people are thinking" is just Trumpian-style evasive BS. Why not just say it's what you are thinking?

If he's unvaxed he'll likely miss a good few games this year through being forced to isolate as a close contact. If indeed he doesn't fall sick. A graduate of the Zak hardaker c2017 school of professionalism, it would seem.

Yes, and he seems to be aligned with Hardaker based on their shared tweets.

In the past it was marginal whether players like that could be justified because of their on-field performance - we found with Hardaker it wasn't by the end.
In the current environment however we simply can't afford to sign players who are thick as mince.

I don't really want to repeat it as the f*ckwit fringe have really been running with it recently. But it was the lie about lots of vaccinated sportspeople collapsing/dropping dead recently. It's been disproved over and over but this element isn't interested in science or facts.

As it stands I'd be very disappointed if the club signed Trueman. The club's social capital has never been higher - and this is paying some dividends in sponsors wanting to be associated with us - so it can only be dangerous to invite morons into the club, not just disrupting squad harmony but also potentially damaging our name. It's an extreme example but we don't have to look very far at all to see what happens when toxicity runs through a sporting club.

Ah yes I remember the one! As a sports team relying on sponsorship income you really can't afford to be that tone deaf.

Social/ Sponsorship/ bigger picture aside, I just don't think he's as good as some peg him to be.

I wouldn’t knock him too much. Everyone’s allowed an opinion. You clearly do despite knowing nothing about the Internal running of the game!

I really don't know what you think you mean - but it appears I'm more up to speed with the RFL's decision making and processes than you are.

I’m just saying that he’s said a few things that I’ve heard other people closely connected to the sport saying. Right or wrong I don’t think he’s said anything out of turn or that’s a disciplinary issue, do you?
Players have a voice too and I’m ok with that.

Being a poorly educated dip sht isn't a disciplinary issue in itself but it might not be the ethos you want to cultivate.
