Er, a fairly obvious no to your first point.
Secondly, I want to see the evidence that he made that up, rather than that he was given a bum steer. If he started making stories up he'd get most of them wrong, rather than just the odd one here and there. I mean, that's fairly basic.

I was told that last week that Wakey offered Salford £500K for Croft, Ackers and Sneyd.

Wonder why they didn't take it..

You would think if that was a genuine offer this would have made the RL news outlets.If Salford are skint we should definitely try and sign Croft.

Also how could they have the funding to pay that sort of money, not exactly a wealthy club.
I know they are in the process of a takeover but does not appear it has been signed on the dotted line yet.
Re Croft its rumoured NRL clubs are interested, so would imagine end up there if anywhere.

Weren't the aussie press saying that West Tigers were looking at Sezer or Croft to replace Brooks, and they chose Sezer?

Just shows how much SL they actually watch...

If true, Sezers probably the cheaper option, no transfer fee etc
