| Quote ThePrinter="ThePrinter"I've mentioned more than once before that the person he was fighting with in that England WC story was actually a Carnegie player, who Zak swung at him and missed and then got sat on his backside in return. He reckons that was just a rumour

| Quote leedsnsouths="leedsnsouths"Im not sure where you studied criminology but that isn't what defines a serial killer or indeed a serial 'miscreant'
For instance the killings have to be over a month a part to allow a cooling off period, from what you describe Hardaker would have gone on some kind of miscreant spree in the England camp.
Also they have to be caused by a phycological abnormality (if a mobster kill 3 people for money they are not serial killers) and Hardakers offences seem to just be poor decision making.
Its almost like your talking b*llocks again
'"
Are you claiming he's not a serial miscreant?

Shocking that he'd deny it, no really.

So as I said, rumoured.

Thanks for providing a link that's proved your Fiji game claim was BS.

| Yawn WRT to this thread getting derailed.. I expect Hardaker's departure to be followed by one signing at least. Its fair enough that GH has to wait until Hardaker is off the books before he could finalise a deal with anyone else.

Surprising, if you take from that then Golding to be given first run at the FB starting place. Personally, i think he could become a very good player but he is way, way too light weight right now. Fortunately it is something that can be worked on.

| Quote The wife beater="The wife beater"In the same way that serial killers are deemed 'serial' if they kill at least 3 people, serial offenders or miscreants are deemed 'serial' if they offend at least 3 times.
Hardaker may be deemed a serial miscreant before the homophobic incidents and the assault of a student because he'd already offended at least 3 times. Call it 3 strikes and you are a serial miscreant.
'"
So now it's been shown (by your own links no less!!) that he "offended" no more than twice, possibly even once... does that mean you'll be admitting to talking rubbish and making things up again?
That's three times you've been shown up now in the space of a few pages.
If I were you i'd take Sal away for a few days break at the seaside, pretend none of this ever happened and then try again next week.

| When we ever learn? £160k fee agreed, 50% off market value to get a quick sale. Makes one wonder if any player exchanges were put into the mix.

If £160k is the correct figure then we've done pretty well in the circumstances. The £300k was always a fanciful idea that just let clubs know we weren't going to roll over and let him go cheap. Considering his off field issues and no big clubs (or NRL teams) were after him because they had FB's in place then with mid table teams left in the race it's a good amount.
We can't erase his off field issues and that knocks at least £50-100k off his value.
Also "quick sale".....it's been anything but. By the sounds of it Cas we're trying to get him for around £90k.
