On the other hand, Carnegie scored 2 converted tries in the last 5 minutes of their National Trophy Quarter Final against Birmingham-Solihull to take the match 26-24. They will now face either 2nd place Exeter, 3rd placed Nottingham or Moseley in the semi final for the opportunity of a trip to Twickenham in April.
Oh, and my grandfather used to talk about a 0-0 he'd seen back in the 50s-60s, IIRC Wigan-St Helens at Odsal or summat like that. End to end stuff, loads of brilliant play & superb defence from both sides. Says it was the best game he ever saw.
