Ptobably the first time since Bielsa joined Leeds that hes hit a roadblock, was always gonna happen at some point. My question to you guys is Do you think hes the type of guy to stick around if it carries on all season?

Yep. We simply can’t cope with having 5 first teamers out. Not strengthening that midfield in the summer is coming home to roost. I feel for Dallas, he’s clearly out of form and he’s being asked to play about 3 different positions every week.

I’m running out of patience with likes of Rodrigo too who needs to start stepping up!

Good question Marty as I doubt the Leeds board would sack him.
Not that I think it will happen as he has plenty of credit in the bank.
Like has been mentioned before his stubbornness is his weakness.
Trying to fit the likes of Roberts into his team despite everyone saying he is Championship standard at best.
Others such as Dallas being played in several positions just to get him on the pitch is no wonder Dallas doesn`t know if he should defend, attack or hold.
Signs winger after winger who cannot cross a ball and nobody upfront even if the ball comes across.
My thoughts are Bielsa himself would leave rather than get pushed for the good of the club but it won`t happen yet.

Leeds wont sack him and they shouldnt either. Be interesting to see how he reacts to it all tho.

I have to say, and its not a criticism of him but shouldnt he be able to do press interviews in English by now? Seems odd he cant speak English yet. Maybe he could and doesnt want to, i dont know. In a job where communication is a big part of it seems odd that hes not prepared to really try.

Hes done a great job at Leeds (unfortunately) and all teams lose form from time to time. I just wonder if he will stick it out beyond this year if the team doesnt improve on current form.

Be interesting to see how things pan out.

Yep agree Marty. Bielsa can speak English but doesn’t feel comfortable infront of the press

As I understand it he wants to speak in very complex ways about the game, and didn't have the English to do it in person.

No idea how that works in training

Anyone see Rodrigo De Paul last night for Athletico? He was excellent.. so creative and was all over the pitch. Cannot for the life of me work out why we didn’t bring him in. Went to Athletico for under £30m.. ridiculous.

Unless he wanted to play CL football mate which he isn`t going to get at Leeds anytime soon.
The thing that gets me is Bielsa is hell bent on playing the same core players even if it means playing them out of position.
Dallas is a good example playing RB,LB, holding midfield, attacking midfield and wing.
We now have Shackleton covering RB when we have Drameh who has played in the Championship and is playing well in the U23`s as a RB.
Rodrigo an out and out striker for Spain playing as a 10 and now he can`t score.
Same for Roberts playing 10 but is a better striker no wonder he`s dropped to Championship standard.
We now are playing Greenwood as a 10 when he`s better upfront.
2 other wingers Bielsa wanted Costa and Poveda now out on loan.
And for me the jury is still out with James.

And another note (you`ve set me off now)
I see Bruce has now gone looking likely Eddie Howe will take over.
We really need to start getting some wins under our belt before the teams around us start to get some.
