FWIW I don’t think Fifita is the type to walk from Wakey, he seems pretty committed to the team and club.

He is just the sort of prop we need. IIRC Craig Harrison said when Fifita signed his contract at Wakefield it was the highest Wakefield had ever offered a player.

Just heard officially that Dwyer has signed a new contract and that Myler is now backtracking and wants to stay.

Dwyer not on the list sent to the RFL as off contracted so definitely must have resigned.

Not too fussed if Myler stays or goes as long as the wage isn’t high, as put in the other thread youd have to want your head testing if you wanted to Join Toronto ATM (no pun intended on the Ward situation)

Fiftita confirmed as one of the 3 players not to agree to the pay cut at Wakefield and didn’t attend training today.

Would be a fantastic signing as long as it doesn't upset the squad RE wages etc, although I think we seem to be one of the clubs that's handled the whole thing really well with regards to payments so I'd trust the club to do the right thing.

Re-read it Fifita didnt agree in time for the current testing cut off so cant start trainjng until next week. He HAS agreed the pay cut.
