I don't think anything can freshen Bluey up, I wasn't convinced by him last season and think the Tony Smith factor got Leeds through when beating Saints in the final, his style of management is very short term which is perhaps why he was successful during his short comp stint with New Zealand (with an exceptional side lead by Wiki).

In terms of new players then yes, I think if they are the right players they can boost a team and take some of the pressure off key personnel, I am also a great believer in competition for places , something which Leeds are very short of.

i agree we have watkins and gibson when he is fit to play in the centres yet these are the sort of games they should be playing to get experience senior has been playing awful for a couple of seasons now having 1 or 2 decent games thnk signing a world class international will help develop our young centres

If you can find one post, from me, hammering Smith then find it otherwise don't bother going there.

Leeds were poor in 2006 but at least with Smith you knew what he was trying to do, whether right or wrong.

Can you say the same about this muppet?

thats rubbish thought we looked a good side last year bluey is the first coach in super league to win WCC and GF in the same season
