Well done to Cas. They dug deep. They still seemed determined to mess it up though.

I wonder if the Widnes team will be in trouble for ignoring Betts' request to take the two?

good game,also 12 outta the Cas 17 and the head coach are from the academy which is great for the area.funny how the sky clowns never mentioned it.

Well done Clarkey for winding 'The Man Muffin' Ah Van up, and well done 2nd half Ellis for actually using your kicking game to turn Widnes they looked knackered!
It isn't easy being a Cas fan nice to see Danny didn't mess with that tradition!

And a final well done to all fans for the noise for Ah Van attempt at the end, don't know where it came from but it must have rocked him a bit!

We started well in the 1st half then started to shoot ourselves in the foot with stupid errors.

2nd half we cut the errors out and controlled the game upto the final minutes (where the nerves were jangling).

Very pleased to have sneaked the win, still plenty of work to do mind.
