Ian Millward is statistically the worst coach in Castlefords history (excluding short term temporary coaches).His record of 7 wins and 1 draw from 36 league games and one challenge cup games represents a 20% success rate.
His wins have been against Salford (2) Wakefield, Hull KR, Huddersfield , Widnes, and London.
Not a very good record to say the least.
He should do the honourable thing and resign from the club, he knows they are in difficulty financially, and he knows he will be released from his duties when his term expires. It will be an uneasy period for him if he continues, as he has now lost the confidence of the supporters, who last night were calling for his head.
The players have lost respect for him, as is being shown on the field every week now.
If he resigns he will at least have some dignity and will be applauded . I would raise my glass to him if he did this, but if he stays for another season and a half, I would dread to think what a mess we would be in.
Please if you read these comments do the honourable thing and resign.
