I'd just like to ask, is a 16 point defeat an annahiliation? The guy who wrote the match report on this forum seems to think so.

It wasn't an annihilation by any means. However, as a contest for the two points the game was over well before halftime. Credit to your guys who stuck in and gave a decent account of themselves. I thought the ref spoiled the flow of the game second half and he believed we paid to see him. No wonder he hardly gets a televised game. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Thanks matey. Wasn't able to get over today but from here in Ponte the first 13 minutes were pretty disasterous.

Hope we dont do similar next Sunday.

16 points down in 13 minutes. thats an anihilation. but 67 minutes were contested. I thought we put up a good account for ourselves to say we have come up against the superleague favourites. Only gunna get harder over the next 4 or 5 weeks though as we cant keep that up against arguably all top 8 teams. maybe top 6.

last 67 minutes finished 24 all. too right we were no match for them. just a poor start thats all.

It reads as though whoever wrote that article wasn't at the game. We've all done it, read up other reports and then mixed up a summary with liberal amount of BS. Sure, Cas started cold but at no point were we 'annihilated'. The use of that word suggests no heart, no determination and no resilience.

I guess RLFans' robot reporter is no less susceptible to fawning on the favourites as any of the real world scribes.

He didnt watch. hes seen the score and the bbc report and just decided to put what he pleases.
