I called in the Tigers Den this morning to ask what was happening with the Cas Fan points and i was informed that if you do not spend them in the shop before the end of October you will lose them.

I've got a CasFan fob and so as our lass - neither of us have used them so no loss there but I know quite a few who have amassed some serious points on theirs.

There must be some legal issues cropping up from that as the club nor clubcard (what ever they call themselves) have given any notice of this being removed. Surely under your statutory rights they should give at least a notice period.

Another one where the club is screwing over the fans - on the quiet.

Looking at the membership brochure the TeamCard logo can be seen on the membership card (the little silver square)

Given that, the 'CasFan' fobs may be useless but I would hope the points accumulated or the full account could be transferred to the new card

I asked that question when i was in the Tigers Den and i was assured that they cannot be transferred, either spend them or lose them.

This is standard for teamcard. We had same issue at Bradford last year. Unused points expire oct 31st. We only found out the week before. New owners have been good about publicising need to use them this year.

All points collected between August 2010 and 31st July 2012 will expire 31st December 2012.
