It is bad, but it is far from my lowest point, but it feels the worst becuase we are in it right now.
Yeah, bring a friend for free doesn't seem rich reward does it? I am looking forward to seeing Craig Gower actually, I always liked his style from afar, cannot get to the end of this season fast enough to be honest.
I do think there are dangerous times ahead for Cas Tigers, becuase if, and I mean IF the mood of all supporters is reflected in the views on here, then it could very well descend into a sea of destructive negativity where people's own prophecies of doom prove right because they make them so.
For instance the German economy is at a better stage of recovery and is subtly stronger BECUASE most of the German people and business believes that things improve and it is just a matter of time - they believe it will get better so it does, faster. There is evidence to support this.
Maybe it is my age, maybe it is the fact that I have succeeded and failed a few times in my life and understand that there is little between the two - but genuinely, as we have seen with Nick Youngquest to an extent, you have to be careful what you wish for. I completely believe but for the constant cart load of abuse he has endured that his decision to retire was not made; he is far too polite and professional to leave the club saying "fluff you" - but who could blame him and irony of inrony, he is being lauded as one of the best overseas players we have and is now playing like it.
Is it is coincidence? I think I know the answer. Give a dog a bad name - But thats my view of course, everyone pays their money, but if you are a sack everyone, it's all crap and you don't know what you're doing merchnat - then think your logic forward when that has happened, we sack Basil for instance and have to settle his contract and so on - consider the pay off for the changes you are demanding. Every action has a reaction.
