I have supported Cas all my life, watched them when I can and I will always be a Tiger. I have read with interest posts on this forum for a long time and now feel I should have a little say on here. I feel that we are gonna move forward off the field and now is the time to move forward on the field to be ready for any move to the new stadium (we will get it). Things are changing on the playing front, YES we have gone backwards this year but you sometimes have to go backwards before you can move forward. I think Ian is changing things, the fans are patient and are buying into it but it is time for the players to be professional for a change and not just go through the motions. RL like any sport is a full time committment and I think that although we have always had some players who are fully committed we have never had a fully committed sqaud. Anyone who saw last nights game (I was there) could see some players are lacking committment, some players simply are not good enough and some players are sat on the sidelines. The coaching team will work this out but it is TIME FOR EVERYONE TO STAND UP AND BE COUNTED. Do you think Ian Millward is daft, he has a reputation (some good and some bad) but he has come to Cas to resurect his career to. Oh I could go on and on but finished for now but I will be back I enjoyed giving my opinion.
