“I approached Steve McNamara and explained that I wanted to play for England and more importantly show my commitment. England, and in particular Castleford, is my home now and I want to lay my long-term roots here. I have an English girlfriend and signing a new contract with Castleford, last week, was a big deal for me. I don’t want to play anywhere else.
“I have resurrected my life in England and feel more at ease here than anywhere else in the world. I spend all my time at home and don’t go back to New Zealand in the off season.
“Getting selected for England will be my greatest honour. You can feel there is something special being built and I want to do everything I can to help England achieve international success.”
I'd have O'Loughlin, Westerman and even Ben Harrison before Sinfield @ 13 Great Super league player that Sinfield is i just don't rate him at International level, time for a change
In the halves add in Widdop, Lomax, Gaskell etc and we have some great youngsters to choose from
Sinfield has been played out of position a lot at international level going in at standoff. Westy is in the Knights set up and Harrison hasn't been getting a game at Warrington.
Incidentally, an exclamation mark ends a sentence and does not require a full stop. The first letter of the next word begins a new sentence and should therefore be capitalised. Who needs flankers' grammar was actually correct.

At international level, the lack of kicking game has killed us year after year. Chase at 6, Brough at 7 and Sinfield at 13, for once we have another game plan apart from up the middle and see if the pack can get on top.

Are you for real? Sinfield is twice as good as any 13 in this country. Didnt even realise O'loughlin was playing the other night he was that quiet against saints. He would do nothing against aussies. Every england game ive been to and watched us get pumped by australia, Sinfield is one of only a few players ive felt could leave the field with his head held high. Even getting played out of position at hooker at aussies at elland road .
Just my opinion, look at the Aussies Gallen, Stewart are their loose forwards - tackling machines My 4 nations team would be: Tomkins, Foster, Shenton, Atkins, Hall, Widdop, Brough, Graham, Roby, Peacock, Ellis, Westwood, O'Loughlin Subs: Chase, Heighington, Tomkins & Morley
Although Bridge & Reed are lively contenders for the centre spots
