GOOD NEWS

I heard last night of a guy who doesn't do gossip or spread rumours, that we interested in one more player to the squad.

BAD NEWS

He also told me that we had enquired about 2 utilities players. Mark Lennon and Graham Horne.

I don't think any of these players would improve our team, but if this is the type of player we are looking at, then we can't have much money available on the salary cap.

Was he called terry and did he tell you via an official website?

Wouldnt suprise me if we looked at g. horne we wanted him on loan from hull in the past.

Lennon would have at least been able to cover the halfs.

Di's reply suggests Lennon is out of the picture then, so no point commenting any further on that.

As for Horne - he has been linked previously and I think he'd be a decent addition to the squad. He's adaptable and knows where the try line is (didn't he score 4 or 5 tries against us last season?).

Thought Horne had signed for Widnes.
