See your point. But, at least there is a date we can look at now; whereby in 12months time if there is no real building going on, we'll know whether or not how likely this really is.

I'm guessing they should be showing some final plans off before they start building, so we should have something to look forward to before we start noticing them building.

Nope, Waystone aren't doing any work on the site for the rest of this year, and the staff are going to 4 day weeks in June.
