It's about the fans' responsibility to the club! It doesn't matter where or when, just that it seems, yet again, that the fans' let Cas down.
The club, for their part, will have to educate the minority and those with mob mentality and indeed those who can't accept responsibility.
That probably amounts to tannoy messages, programme, messages and pro-active stewarding. The club may not be able to do much more, but ultimately, if the fans' can't see that their actions affect the club...

Let me be clear (seeing as you consistently miss the point), it is obviously a minority affecting you and FWIW, friends of mine reported receiving good wishes and even a round of applause for the Early Bath lot afterr the Wakey game, so I am in no way attempting to tar all the fans'.
