In most other areas (stadiums aside) we both put together very good applications, both have areas to work on, but so do all. Lest we not forget the shocking standard for away fans at Leeds, which isn't set to be improved in the regeneration.We all know the vital box to tick is the stadium, and as Dee correctly said there will be an independent audit done by Savilles (sp?) which will look into the viability and likelihood of delivery. This I feel may be "uncomfortable" to RW, he's always preferred to operate in a private party environment. Having inspectors poking around & especially looking in detail at a business plan for delivery by 2012 I would imagine is enough for him to go a very feminine shade of rose.
